A Message for Humanity—And All Souls of Love, Truth & Wisdom on Planet Earth

We knew before we incarnated on this earth that there would be challenging times in the process of humanity awakening and reclaiming their sovereignty from forces of unlight that seek to subjugate, enslave, and control the human race. The forces of unlight that rape Mother Earth and exploit her natural resources. This is not Human. 

We chose to come to this earth, in this pivotal time, to be part of the resuscitation of what it truly means to be a Noble, Empowered and Sovereign Human Being—rooted in unconditional goodness and to live in cooperation with all lifeforms planetary and interplanetary. 

For so long, Humanity has been sleeping—forgetful of their true power and original source. Universal Intelligence and source energy, that is available to All, yet many have forgotten their birthright to live and be sovereign beings within the Universe. 

We as humans today in 2020, must remember the Greater Purpose that we came to this earth—each of us with individual paths and missions—to support the abolition of tyranny, fear, control, manipulation, negativity and sickening darkness that creeps into one’s soul with the terror of fear and sucks the life force from our bodies….

We each have the right to live on this earth free of tyranny—and to act as mature responsible leaders—which we are—galactic ambassadors of light and universal intelligence and wisdom. Being activated within the collective field of humanity Now.

What is needed now more than ever, is the fire of truth that burns the sickening clouds and veils of darkness from our minds and hearts!

We will hold strong like Oak Trees, and unfalteringly stay Rooted in the Greater Knowing and Trust of what needs to happen now. There is a Divine Plan being enacted.

We are not alone in this battle of light vs. unlight. 

There are so many good things happening in the background at this time, that is not being premiered to Humanity.

Allow the Fire in your Heart to Burn out the insidious fear programming that is being broadcast to us everyday. A massive collective hypnotism. Propaganda in its truest form, that is infiltrating the minds of humans around the world—crimes against Humanity. 

This is the most disgusting, revolting and sickening part of dark tyranny—pretending to be light, and pretending to have humans best interest in mind. Telling us that their imposed laws and orders are for “our benefit” when nothing could be further from the living truth. 

We reclaim our sovereignty, and will not be encaged by any law or rule that is not upheld by virtues of goodness, justice and freedom of choice. Our basic human rights and civil liberties must be preserved at all cost!

Allow the Fire in your Heart to Burn the distortions, matrix of negativity and implanting of enslavement—and keep this fire burning resolutely in your innermost being. This is the medicine that is needed! The Fire of Love that scorches and burns untruth back into the purity of Divine Light.

We are the Bringers of the New Earth—We are Intergalactic Ambassadors—Truth Tellers—Wisdom Keepers—Warriors of Light—The Ancient Ones—The Ones that See Beneath the Veil of Delusion—and The Planetary Council of Light. Guardians of the Future. 

We have the power and authority to create change—simply by being the Change. Because WE ARE THE CHANGE. By refusing to be programmed and lied to any longer, we take a stand for Humanity. 

Our power is not from individuality, but from Collective Unification and Standing Together for Freedom for All.

The Future of the Earth—and the Golden Age that has been prophesied for many years—is Near. This is the last battle of the Unlight vs the Light. 

The future lives within each of us, and since we are circumscribed all around the earth we hold the the heart of the future within the glory of our souls.

The torch is lit. Our eyes are open. The way will be made, and in this millennium the Forces of Light and Goodness will prevail—and the true nobility and dignity of Humanity will be restored for the Flourishing of All souls on this earth. The Children are here. They are the Avatars of the Future. 

Our generation is the generation of Freedom, Sovereignty, Divine Power and Collective Resistance against Malevolent dictations. 

We unite in knowing what is true to the roots of our bones—and stand firmly in unyielding clarity. 

Clarity is power. Clarity is light. Clarity is truth. 

Mother Earth is ready to break lose—and she will not be dominated any more—and we as Stewards of the Earth and Children of the Universe stand with her in our Divine Sovereignty, Power, and Council of Leadership and Light for the New Era and Renaissance of Humanity.

The Yearning for Darkness—a Journey of soul Descent, Falling Down, and the Rich Fertility of Embracing the Underworld for Cultural & Global Regeneration

Part One:

I’ve realized that there are two threads of living, the vertical and horizontal plane. Most of us spend the majority of our life in the light of living—creating, doing, working, moving, growing, achieving, going, accomplishing and being in the movement of “becoming”. It’s a horizontal plane of movement of linear reality, that our mainstream society and world supports and promotes as the norm. To constantly be doing something, moving forward, progressing—the yearning for expansion and progressive development.

Many institutions and companies are obsessed with growth in the form of profit at the expense of all other reservoirs. Economies focus on growth, universities focus on growing in rank and research achievements, and the world at large is running on the hamster wheel of continuous “more”, which has become the common invisible disease that permeates the human psyche, just as much as the institutions we see visibly in the world.

Sometimes after actualizing so much in our personal life, and growing tremendously on this horizontal plane of linear reality—we start to feel that our surface way of living and being visible in the world has reached its full fruition and flowering, and there is a whisper or a calling to retreat back to the roots and trunk of our innermost being. To descend from the light of living outwardly in the world, down into the fertile richness and dark womb of our soul.

At these points in our life, we are being summoned by the Universal Divine Intelligence of existence, to take an evolutionary step not only in our individual development and evolution, but also to contribute to the evolutionary impulse of creation and the modern world.

Most ignore this calling, and cling to their surface life—because to let go of what you created yourself to be, and to let go of doing, going, working, and achieving is the death of the self. To consciously pause and stop with intention, takes tremendous presence, self awareness and will power. To let go and relinquish everything that once had meaning for you, and where you derived your sense of identity and personhood. When you relinquish it all, what is left? If you stop working and continuously advancing, what remains in the emptiness and space that is created—the space that is always present yet is hidden in the background with our constant busyness?

There is no regeneration happening on the earth—simply because we as a species have forgotten the wisdom of living in cyclical alignment with the forces of nature. To honour the forces of nature within ourself, and for our modern day living and being to be in attunement with creation and nature herself.

We live in a fragmented world of old, archaic systems that no longer match the living vibration of now. We as a species are stuck in the past, chained to history, and perpetually recreating the old—and denying the future evolutionary calling of what wishes to be created, and implemented in this new era…

Unless we are willing to let go of what has been created and solidified, there will be no cultural innovation, change, and transformation.

Perhaps this is also one of the blessings and gifts of the current world wide quarantine stemming from the corona virus pandemic. It forces us all to stop, pause, break the chain of continuous movement of the trajectory we have been on (both personally and collectively) and to create a collective moment of stillness, stopping and pausing on the earth to really listen within and feel what is happening with ourselves and on this magnificent earth we inhabit. 

Part Two:

What is our part in this?

For myself, these last 5 years of my path have been a strong movement and explosion of creating, sharing, doing, accomplishing, birthing and maximizing the fullest expression of my soul’s dharma. This included a successful heart and soul aligned global business, earning my Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, offering many Mentorship Programs for heart and soul aligned women leaders, retreats, sold out workshops around the world, and writing and publishing my first book. In addition, during this time I lived in North America, Europe and Asia while travelling to 70+ countries. I did all this before the age of 30!

This chapter of my life was filled with colours, intensity, impact, contribution, movement and an overall current of tremendous self actualization unified in service.

It was akin to being on a super accelerated fast speed train of living, creating, growing, becoming and extending myself thoroughly on this horizontal linear plane of reality. After 5 years of following this groove and movement of life in this horizontal expression, there was no doubt that I reached the fullest expression and potential of the self that I created myself to be for this period of my life. Not only did I reach the fullest flowering, actualization and expression of this self—but I maximized it to the fullest potential, and squeezed every ounce of juice from this fullness, ripeness and total flowering of my soul’s expression in the world. The fullness within was translated and actualized outwardly in what I created visibly in the world and what I achieved on the manifest level.  

Like a flower in full bloom, I stayed open blooming in this time of expansion and growth, shining and emitting this sparkling fragrance of full self expression and soul expansion, completely open to the world. Yet after these last 5 years of blooming open fully, I started to feel that it was now time to wither, drop my petals (aka the solidified self identity and expression that was crystallized), and return to the roots and depth of my being, the formless essence of creation, the nourishing darkness and the great emptiness and void in which All Life is sparked from.

This is where flowers are different than humans, in the sense that we as humans can resist, avoid and fight the natural movement and intelligence of life. We can choose to ignore this calling to disintegrate, in order to rebirth and innovate an update both personally and collectively.

Many times we choose to hold on and cling to what we have become, what we have created and who we think ourselves to be—because that is what is safe to the human ego. We then enter stagnancy, decay and denial.

Even on my own path, I saw the self in me that wanted to hold on to who I had become and what I had established in the world. After all, that would be the most comfortable thing to do. The process of disintegration, death, and dying is not a visibly beautiful process and can be messy, ugly, and unrelenting. I witnessed the self in me that didn’t want to die, that wanted to continue to bloom fully for eternity. The self in me that didn’t want to rest, stop, pause and dissolve—the personal will in each of us—that goes against life, and tries to impose its personal will over the expense of surrendering and melting together with the Higher Divine Will and Greater Intelligence of life. 

Slowly over time, the knowing and wisdom of the deeper intelligence that had already taken root within me, started to take hold of my full being, and guide me to retreat from the world, and surrender my self on the alter of God—and at the gate of the underworld of soul descent and vertical deepening.

The summoning and calling to fall down, descend and enter the rich loom of darkness was the strongest gravitational pull in my life this last year since releasing my book into the world in the spring of 2019. Like a magnet, and force of gravity, she had me, and pulled me into the primordial cave of creation. The cosmic womb of nothingness, emptiness and space. The personal will within me, bowed down to the transpersonal will of life and that of my inner being, and knew that this force perceived sometimes as beyond ‘myself’ was indeed myself calling my “self” Home. 

Part Three:

Being at the gate of descent, I started to feel the need to withdraw from my surface world living, which meant taking extended periods of time off social media. Publishing and releasing my book was the last offering to be shared into the world before surrendering to the gates of descent fully. My book was the culmination of my journey the last 5 years with all the fruits of wisdom, truth and sacred jewels of awakening that are revealed and held in Soul on Fire: Divine Reminder’s on the Path of Awakening.

It was the last outward extension of my soul—a sacred Gift Book for strengthening the connection to our Higher Self’s Wisdom and is an Energetic Soul Activation Transmission. I released the book into the world before my 30th Birthday and then entered the gates of descent fully while in Japan.

It was upon releasing my book, which had taken me a period of 2+ years to birth and compile, an exquisite piece of art, that the process of disintegration was then activated from within. I knew it was time to die, after this tremendous birthing and milestone that signified a culmination of the 5 year path I had been on that led up to the book launch. The disintegration process is not for the faint of heart: it is often difficult and painful to have to die to the old in order to give space for a new future configuration.

It was in Japan, that the gravity of psycho-spiritual decent took the strongest hold on me—and I knew there was no escaping what was now in store. When we reach a threshold on our path, we are already deeply taken by the gravity of the calling—that we know there is no turning back. Being in a threshold, marks a turning point of no return on our path.

The message that was continuously communicated to me during this time was the importance of connecting to the ground of my being and the ground of being. After the last few years being focused on soul embodiment and soul awakening, it was now time to connect to the essence beyond the soul—the very source of our being. Where does the soul come from? What created the soul? This is where I was being summoned to go…and melt back into…to die back into Infinity and Origin of Source. 

There’s one moment on my trip in Japan last year, that stands out. My partner and I had arrived in Kyoto—checked into our hotel, and as I sat on the couch in our room, I was flooded with the deep unrestrained knowing that I needed to fall down vertically. There was no point in leaving my hotel room and exploring the city of Kyoto. I had spent so much time the last years, travelling—going—doing—moving forward; and now I was being forced to stop and pause, to sink down into pure beingness. To go anywhere, or do anything felt pointless and absolutely obsolete; when the calling to descend was grabbing me by my feet and pulling me under…

2 months later after being in Japan, I chose to travel to the northern Highland Region of Scotland, and spent 3 weeks by myself in solitude in a cozy cedar cabin of my dear friend who was working offshore at the time.

These 3 weeks were committed to solitude, meditation and silence to nurture and nourish the ground of my being. I sat in silence everyday, and also connected deeply to the spirit of the land of Scotland—that of the ancient Cailleach. What I really love and appreciate about Scotland is the rawness of nature, and how strong one can connect to the feminine spirit of the land. The spirit of the land is very much alive and tangible! The land of Scotland is imbued with ancient myths, magic and mystical vitality.

At the end of my personal meditation retreat in Scotland, I was siting next to a river and later went back to the cedar cabin to meditate and the Egyptian God Anubis appeared in my inner vision—God of the Underworld. I knew it was no coincidence that already having felt the gravitational pull to descend downwards a few months prior would now lead me to connect with the gatekeeper of the Underworld journey…

“An underworld guide knows, personal maturation, especially in the cocoon, often begins with a dying (a “positive disintegration”), always a necessity before the rebirth of Soul Initiation. Likewise, the 21st century Masters know that the transformation of culture, which they are charged to oversee, requires something like a collective descent into our inescapable grief and despair over the real possibility of our self-inflicted extinction, a descent that empowers our will to act and our capacity to respond imaginatively and effectively. The Great Turning is our cultural rite of passage, perhaps the Soul Initiation of the human species. The Masters of our time must assume the role of underworld guides for the human collective.” - Bill Plotkin, Nature and the Human Soul: Cultivating Wholeness in a Fragmented World

After Scotland, I returned to Germany where we found a new home near the alps in Southern Germany—a space which would be our year long retreat and deepening nest and cocoon. My next article in the future, will be a continuation of this article and part two of this time of soul descent and being held in a cocoon of inner deepening and maturation.

During this time of global pausing and stopping—many of you are currently being guided by life to also go within and have extra spaciousness to examine and self reflect. Valuing this period of time where the world at large takes a pause and connecting to the silent pulse of knowing deep within. The world is long over due and deeply in need of a collective descent that can bring our civilization through a Great Turning point of collective renewal and cultural transformation. This time that we are currently in is vital for the restoration of our species and Mother Earth.

It’s time that we stop fighting, lay down our hands and surrender to the Great Turning that is upon us…

I leave you with some questions of contemplation and inquiry to support your path and soul’s deepening:

What within you is ready to die? What role, identity, work, or expression is done and complete?

Where are you not being fully honest with yourself? If you dare to be fully truthful…where are you out of integrity in your life?

In what ways do you fill your time and stay busy, just to avoid feeling absolute spaciousness and emptiness?

It’s obvious in the world that a cultural regeneration is needed at this time—yet, what kind of personal regeneration is needed in your own life? Is an evolutionary calling for an update wishing to be allowed to run its course within yourself? 

What does deepening in God and the verticality of being intimately mean to you? What does this touch in you?

Are you due for a journey to the underworld? Does your surface way of living feel devoid of a deeper meaning and pulsation of aliveness?

With a deep tenderness in my heart and much love and respect for each of you on your individual paths…and for those who have the courage to follow the invitation of the sacred soul descent—it’s the medicine that this world needs at this time. Thank you for being planetary stewards and Elders of birthing a New Earth. We are kindling innovation, planting seeds of consciousness, daring to strip ourselves naked and enter the gates of the underworld in order to reinstate ecological wholeness both within ourselves and the planet at large.

The Love of True Being

To touch, drink and be nourished from the sweetness in our heart—the unyielding love of our truest and deepest essence…is to melt into the core of True Being.

Silence and emptiness within is a space where true love can flourish and blossom. When we empty ourselves of our self, we become vessels to be filled with the Holy Spirit of love, grace and serenity. 

To melt and burn in the fires of the heart.

To be purified and unshackled from the bondage of the mind. 

To return home to our inner temple, and rest in the beauty of truth with. 

True Being.
True Grace.
True Radiance.

There is an ocean of love within each of us.

An ocean that yearns to break through our smallness, and dissolve the personality into the infinite depths of stillness, silence and cosmic mystery.

I long for the real. 
I long for the sublime.
I long for pure, raw, unfiltered truth.
I long for the sweet taste of God brimming in the fullness of my heart.

There is a silent, sweet, tender and gentle aroma of love that radiates from the warmth of our soul that has been touched by the treasure of True Love.

It’s something that only the soul can truly know, and the mind with its incessant loudness, doesn’t have the receptivity and subtlety to truly feel and allow itself to be touched.

In a world where things are loud, contrived, glamorized, fake and conceiting - how can we know what is truly true?

What is truly true - rests in truth, purity and simple being.
What is truly true - is naked….
What is truly true is grounded in wholesomeness. 

This temple within our heart, is a holy space of love. 

A sanctuary of grace. 

We only need the golden key - to touch what has not been touched for some time in our everyday lives, and remember the fragrance of True Being - coming home to our True Nature as Divinized Human Beings.

Living from Wholeness and Inner Richness

I often feel the drive that many of us feel—of needing to do more, achieve more, make more, impact more…all of which are derived from a world that glorifies “more” as opposed to “resting in golden richness”. 

Lack, scarcity consciousness and “not enough” are prevalent everywhere. I see it in the world as a major virus that contaminates the purity and deep inner remembrance of golden wholeness, perfection, completion, and embodied rays of gratitude.

At the core within each of us, is a deep inner knowing of completion and resting in the nectar of our soul’s essence and heart source. 

It’s a deep surrender, and letting go of life. It’s an honouring of All that Is, and a soaking in the brilliance of our Inner Richness.

This energy of “pushing for more” which comes from a deep restlessness and feeling of inadequacy is one of the greatest lies and delusions on this earth heavily impregnanted within the human psyche. 

“More”, “Not enough”, and “Pushing ahead” often come from our mind that is heavily rooted in fear and scarcity. When we are deeply in alignment with our Soul, everything that we need comes to us with a natural gravitation and affection...

True abundance and richness is always derived from the cornerstone of our soul’s inner source and template. 

Alignment. Receptivity. Inspired Action. Receiving. Soul fuel. 

What I’ve come to realize is that pushing from my own human will, is never as powerful as falling back into the arms of Life and truly attuning myself to the seasons of what is ripe. It requires humility. 

To really saturate myself in love, gratitude, and appreciation for this moment as it is—with everything that it includes—the sadness, joy, pain, not knowing, and welcoming of the great Mystery of life…

To really live each moment in a natural celebration and deeply felt cornerstone of abundance, for All that We Are—and everything that we have created, shared, manifested and flourished into.

Who would you be without the incessant drive and push to “get more, make more, become more, reach more…” etc.

You would be resting in the completion of your Wholeness.
You would be saturated in the light of your Radiance. 
You would steep in the aroma and richness of your own Soul.

Celebrating my Life—Where I Stand Today

I realized how easy it is to continuously dream a greater vision for our life without truly acknowledging, honoring, relishing and soaking in the beauty and substance in which we stand and have arrived on our path...

I am someone that has always had a big vision for life—connected to a thirst for living, and a genuine passionate love affair with the Great Mystery.

As I spend time in the alps today near my new home, siting at the river, I realized how much abundance, fulfilment, love, magic, beauty, grace, ease and richness I experience in my life everyday. A powerful alignment and grounded embodiment in my Soul’s Success:

🔻...2 years ago I was calling in my Divine Masculine counterpart, my “Angelic Warrior God Man”, and was able to manifest this holy and divine partnership into my life. Today, I experience a deep and pure relationship, and feel deeply supported, held, seen and protected by the Masculine in my life. Not just by Jonas, but by many soul brothers that are in my life…now I support sisters & women to call in and ground their Beloved partnership - and to anchor the template that is needed within first.

🔻...I published and birthed my first book before I turned 30 years old. Not just a normal book, but a Soul Activation transmission that was sold out after 1.5 months of releasing it (currently awaiting a new shipment of books to come in). I now support sisters & women with birthing their creative projects and voice in the world, and mentor women with the whole book creation process...from start to finish.

🔻...I left my teaching English job in Asia 5 years ago, and fully committed to living my soul’s true reason for incarnating on this earth—and stepping into my souls purpose, service, activism and leadership. I knew I could never go back to living a 9-5pm job, and my soul was on fire to burn through all the limitations, doubts and fears that were pulling on me to return to perceived “safety, security and conformity”. Burned all the bridges - and stepped 2 feet into my dharma…and haven’t looked back since. Additionally, completed my Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology by the time I was 25 years old.

🔻...I created a sustainable, global, heart and soul aligned business where I am able to share my deepest gifts with women around the world through my mentorship program, retreats and classes. I’ve transformed and been a strong catalyst to change women’s lives from the inside out, and usher in miracles…grace…and true love. Magic unfolds in the work I do with my sisters.

🔻...I’ve travelled to over 70+ countries, and lived in Europe, North America and Asia. I spent 2 months travelling by myself through the continent of Africa 4 years ago, because my heart was hungry for Africa, and my soul was thirsty for God. My connection to God is the most important thing in my life.

🔻...I’ve supported and inspired thousands of women around the world to come back to the embodied presence and power of their Hearts and live their life from the powerful portal of deep inner knowing, silent wisdom and their Higher Self. I’ve supported sisters to unleash their soul’s voice in the world, and speak their full truth. When I was 15 years old, I was on a yacht heading to the Bahamas with my relatives, and while in the midst of the ocean I was reading my most beloved book at the time, Teen Psychic: Developing your Intuitive Powers - and was doing a guided meditation in the book where I was to meet and connect to my “Future Self / Higher Self” for the first time...

As I sat on the top deck of the boat, surrounded by the ocean all around me, I closed my eyes and connected to my Higher Self…I saw a beautiful, wise and powerful woman of light come to me…wearing a white dress…illuminated in Divine Light and emanating the purest love of an angel…she came to me and said, “Nicole, be true to yourself always. Listen, trust and follow your heart. It will guide you in the right way..I am always with you, and I am you.”

At the time, my 15 year old self felt tremendous love and support from this powerful presence of this “future self” that was speaking to me…

A Warning about 5G Internet - My Experience in Germany

I feel the need to share with you all something that happened today—that I feel the strong guidance and immediacy to write about to inform and bring attention to the new high speed internet modems that are now entering the market in 2019.

Just today we got our new internet box as we are in the process of moving into our new home. It turns out that this new modem is a 1 GB/s internet box (most normal internet boxes up until this point have been 16 MB or 50 MB). Upon Jonas turning it on, I immediately felt a shooting pain in my head. After a few minutes, my body started to heat up like a furnace and was sweating profusely….my whole energetic system felt as if a virus was in my energetic field, and was under attack. I told Jonas about the pain in my head, and how my body was very hot; and he told me he felt the exact same…and felt extremely dizzy.

Within just 5 mins of having this internet box on, we shut it off and unplugged it. We knew we can’t live with this constant voltage of wifi in our field and especially not in the temple we are creating—that is an extremely high frequency of light, coherency and healing space for energetic restoration, transformation and energetic upgrades.

Jonas called Vodafone, and shared our experience with the representative on the phone. She said this high speed internet of 1 GB just came out 3 months ago. Here is where it gets interesting….

The cheapest internet package IS THE HIGHEST SPEED INTERNET.

Does this logically make sense? Normally, you pay more money for a more effective and fast internet.

This 1 GB internet now released in Germany is being promoted to the masses, is the cheapest AND you even get the first 5 months of “experiencing this product” for FREE!

What better way to make people sick, damage the immune system and intoxicate the masses then to make the fastest internet on the market the cheapest option!

As I write this post, the hairs on my arms stand up and I have strong head to toe goosebumps. My body is still hot and I don’t feel fully well, yet I know without a doubt that I need to write and share this experience—as we all have the responsibility to bring attention and awareness to destructive technologies and system’s that perpetrate sickness and disease on this earth.

Each of us has the obligation to speak our truth and share our experience, that also kindles and informs others—where we can share in full transparency and truth the direct effects of where our civilization is going as of 2019….more goosebumps…

Whether this is being done deliberately, intentionally and consciously—or whether this comes from the insatiable hunger of the sickness of the mind that is rooted in “MORE” “FASTER” and “EXPANDING THE FRONTIERS OF TECHNOLOGY” that are just pushing the limits with technology, regardless of the health implications and effects it has on humans, animals, and this earth—this needs to STOP❗️

If we as humanity continue down this road, it will only be a future filled with destruction, sickness and disease. An impoverished earth. More goosebumps now as I write these words…

Honouring the Calling of Soul Descent: Solitude, Silence and Stillness

There is a time in our life for creating, working, birthing, manifesting and launching—and there is a time for resting, being, incubation, withdrawing from the world and simply being still.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘰—𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺.

I did not launch any mentorship program this year, have not done 1 workshop throughout this time and facilitated no retreats.

It was an obvious and clear sign from my soul that it is time to withdraw from the world, and truly sink into the vein of stillness and silence at the very ground of my being. To pause and simply stop everything that I was doing for so long…

Has it been easy to stop and pause? Not always. Yet, when a process is ripe for the stage of transformation that are being needs, it simply happens like a ripe mango falling off the tree. No real choice or personal effort is required.

These words came to me on a plane ride from Thailand to Bali:

What happens when we feel and listen to this unyielding inner voice that calls for us to shift the direction and trajectory of our life from one of active doing—to deep inner descent and disintegration?

The voice of our mind and ego will kick in, and give us temptations to stay on the surface and continue to live the way we were living…even when a certain way of being and living has long expired.

These are some of the questions that have arised from my mind in this time. Yet, the power and insurmountable knowing of our soul knows that there can be no other way to live—but to truly die, disintegrate and come undone…in order for a new dimension and facet of our soul to emerge and be birthed.

It’s so easy in our society to dismiss death, darkness, gestation and disintegration—for the more shining and appealing qualities of living fully, light, brightness, launching and manifesting that shimmer in the outside world. What we can't see with our tangible eyes, is often seen as not important, valuable and disregardable.

Yet what I see is the absolute value and importance of the rich fertile darkness within each of us—that holds a true substance and deep grounded wisdom and medicine of our wholeness that shines from within this dark cocoon of the void, emptiness and nothingness.

To really allow all the identities we’ve worn to dissolve, to let go of all the achievements, to really sink back into being 'nobody'—has a certain freshness, aliveness and freedom in it. A dismantling of self, in order to merge with a greater totality of what wishes to be born and expressed through our being. It's a simple fact that in order for new growth to concur, something has to die away...to give space for the new.

So as I allow myself to be in this metaphorical death lodge that I am in, sinking into the dark womb of creation, dissolving, disintegrating, letting go of everything—I feel a real true elixir and substance of substantiality ripening within.

I feel a new medicine that I am meant to share with the world and clients in the future—which will be a completely new expression of my work and sharing in the world.

And I honor however long this process will take, whether many more weeks or months—I know I must be true to myself and honor the calling of my soul that takes me out of the world during this time, and deeply sinks me into stillness and silence—that is found at the very deep well at the core of our being. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴…𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘥.

No more doing. Pushing. Striving. Becoming. Not playing into the game and sickness of the never ending hamster wheel of “more and more…”. No action out of obligation, social pressure to fit in and appease conformity.

Just a very silent and deep knowing that this is exactly as its meant to be. And to be fiercely true to that resolutely.

May we all be true to ourselves, and have the tenacity and courage to truly listen to want needs to happen in our life and within ourselves, and be willing to commit our full heart to both the living and dying, the doing and being, time in the summer of our life and an equal honouring of the season of winter….

From this lake I sit, silent and still, rooted on this earth and within myself—trusting and knowing that the evolution of our soul’s trajectory has a grace and intelligence to itself, and the magnitude of our soul’s expression and ripening must be met by the sinking down deeply into the rich fertility of the silent core within ourselves that all of life is sourced from.

To come back home to God within ourselves, and be renewed with a new sacred vision and calling—that is here to serve what is truly essential and needed on this Earth at this time…I am here in this liminal space listening...echoing in the heart of true silence.

The Wisdom and Fierce Calling of the Crone and Ancient Cailleach of Scotland

When I am here in the northern Scotland Highlands where I am now, the land awakens a fierce medicine of the ancient feminine within my being. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘤𝘰𝘵𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥, 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘥, 𝘳𝘢𝘸, 𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨.

I feel how the land holds the myths and mythology of the ancient Goddess and especially the Cailleach—who is a divine Hag, Crone, Old wise woman essence.

I feel her living and breathing within myself. I feel this ancient hag and crone mesmerized from within; who looks out onto the world with bleak eyes.

She sees the current state of humanity and the planet, and ruthlessly penetrates through all the gloss, illusions and surface ways of living into the heart of truth.

She slams the intensity of realness and deep, silent presence into the fragmented, incoherent and distorted world we live in—full of lies, artificiality and glossy entertainment.

She yearns for the real….true…deep.

She’s tired of seeing women on this earth being seduced out of their power and true spiritual authority that comes from being connected to the land and the wisdom of the Earth.

She’s tired of women being sexually objectified in our modern day society—and of seeing how women themselves sexually objectify themselves in order to get attention and feel desired out of insecurity.

Sometimes I see photos on social media of women wearing push up bra’s and showing off their cleavage and I ask myself why does this woman wish to reveal the sanctitude of her body for the desire of more allurement, attention and attraction?

Women themselves in our modern day society choose to prostitute themselves for attention and publicity. They have forgotten the honour, nobility and dignity of being a woman.

Have women forgot where their true fierce power comes from? If women truly knew the degree of where their real power comes from, they wouldn’t be able to dishonour themselves and play this game of conforming to a superficial culture and society in which simply glorify’s youth, beauty and sexual allurement.

Where are the fiercely awake, bold, brave, women of this earth? The truth is that she lives within us all, and is often buried deep within the bottom of our essence…deep at the bottom of the lake within our being where the light doesn’t shine and is held in holy darkness. Primordial Power. Absolute silence—a silence that speaks from power.

The truth is that we need women with a voice on this earth—and we need loud, powerful voices of truth to shatter the hypocrisy of this age. Beauty, youth and exposing cleavage will not do justice.

This ancient Cailleach is screaming to us all to wake up. She’s fed up. She’s had enough of the bullshit on this earth. Enough of the destruction, rape and violation of the Great Mother. Enough of the feminine being denigrated within our societies, and enough of the glossy pretty beauty facade that is hooked within young girls psyches from adolescents.

Shifting the locus of our attention from “How do I look? + "Am I desirable and attractive to men" to “How do I feel / what really breaks my heart / what is my unique contribution and soul gift to offer to the Wholeness of this planet?”.

We need to uproot ourselves from the superficial, vain and objectification of our physical bodies as women—and sink back deeply into the holy ground of wisdom within—where true power is derived—and when we speak, we speak not from the mental mind, but from the power, conviction and voice of the Earth herself.

During these last weeks I have been in Japan, it’s been like a river of fresh water for my soul.

After spending 6 months living in Bali this past winter—and being immersed in strong dynamic shakti energy that the island holds and radiates, at the end of my time there I started to feel that my being needed to go in a different direction. It was time to drink from another source.

It was time to reconnect to a lineage of spirituality that held the qualities of precision, deliberate intention, awareness, spaciousness, contemplation, presence, exactness, discipline, refinement and self mastery.

This spark was ignited actually on the last day I was in Thailand before going back to Bali in the spring, when I had my first Ice Bath by the ocean. Something in my being woke up from the intensity of the cold and facing the uncomfortable. Something in me remembered the value of being with discomfort, and challenging myself to go beyond what feels comfortable and pleasurable.

After being in Bali which is an island saturated with the tone of self love, beauty, nourishment, pleasure, feminine flow, and strong dynamic creative energy; I realized that an aspect of my being needed a different quality and expression to grow and mature—something that Bali wasn’t able to give.

I felt the stirring within my soul to confront myself with discomfort—to honor the essential value of feeling discomfort and moving through it in order to grow, mature and ripen.

We don’t always grow when things are easy, and just like a butterfly in a cocoon, it has to use it’s force and energy to struggle to open its wings and leave the cocoon…strength and power is cultivated when it is tested, and has to go through some resistance to strengthen it’s refinement.

It’s not always about feeling good and comfortable, and I see the value and beauty in inviting in discomfort, which is where true transformation and growth happens. Resilience of spirit does not grow in ease and peace, it grows through moving through adversity and deepening our fortitude.

Upon arriving in Japan, I realized that Japan couldn’t be more different than Bali energetically. I would say it’s the exact contrast and polarity to Bali in every way. Here in Japan, there is a strong ancient silence, peacefulness and stillness that permeates the island and culture…its a place of deep resting and ground of being.

Bali in contrast is dynamic, always changing, moving, fluid, catapulting energy of ever-changing jungle life filled with movement, sounds, and colours.

Japan is still, silent, peaceful. If I were to compare it to a picture, Bali would be the painting on the canvas (ie the feminine expression) whereas Japan would be the structure and frame that holds the painting together (ie the masculine expression). The structure that holds the shakti and dynamic expression.

Japanese culture and way of life is largely permeated with influences from Zen. The qualities of spaciousness, silence, simplicity, cleanliness, precision and exactness are strongly interwoven throughout Japanese culture and way of life.

Yet, it’s also one of the only places on this earth where I feel I can truly be in my feminine essence and expression, as the sacred feminine is honoured and respected here in this culture. The qualities of the feminine are honored and not denigrated as they are in western culture. For me, it’s one of the only counties in the world where I feel I can truly blossom and shine fully in my womanhood.

After living in the field of Ubud that holds the essence of a strong second chakra energy and expression connected to ecstatic dance, flow, movement, colours, vibrancy, pleasure and sensual aliveness—I really could see that just being saturated in this kind of field can only bring one so far on their path of spiritual development and maturation.

And it’s also easy to fall a sleep in this kind of setting, where one needs a very strong vigilance and torch of awareness to be burning from within.

Through having many encounters with people in Ubud, I also started to see certain patterns. Many people I met while in Ubud were strongly connected to shakti energy, divine feminine movement and expression—dancing, womb awakening, ecstatic dance, sensual embodiment etc were mainly operating from this second chakra dimension of life, and not fully inhabiting the fullness and totality of the integrated dimensions of all parts of our being.

I could see how many were operating solely from their “feelings”, connecting to their “flow”, and were deeply focused on self love and pleasure—yet were not fully confronting themselves in the light of truth, wakefulness and presence. Many subconscious and unconsciousness currents operating, and the quality of the awakened 6th chakra of divine perception, clarity, wisdom, discrimination and being rooted in truth and being able to discriminate falsity from truth within themselves was not fully active.

I started to see an essential component of spiritual maturity and embodiment that was really needed for women on the path of embodying their feminine expression and essence, that is integrated with a healthy union with one’s inner Shiva presence of spaciousness, awareness and penetrating light and clarity. An integration and wholeness.

I see and feel the vital importance for women on their path to truly live the fullness and totality of their being, which is not limited to one expression, but is able to contain the multidimensional expressions of life that we came here to be. To meet our totality wholeheartedly, and live from all 7 dimensions of our being cultivated, activated and enlivened.

To become integrated, whole, mature beings that are here on this Earth to ground the light in the radiance of our feminine expression (when being incarnate in a women’s body for example), and at the same time to be rooted in truth and absolute presence uncompromisingly.

I feel that my path is to be a bridge of this embodiment. The feminine radiance, overflowing love, Shakti, expression and flow—united and married to a very strong and clear stillness, silence, presence, clarity and wakefulness of consciousness.

For my own path of self mastery that I am committed to while being incarnate in a woman’s body, it feels very essential for my own path to cultivate the qualities of self discipline, focus, self control, inner presence, and essential strength and power. Qualities that I see embodied in Shaolin monks for example, that radiate this centred presence and mastery.

There is the wild shakti, scintillating dancing light and free flowing feminine nature and Goddess within me—and there is also a very strong disciplined Warrior Monk that lives inside me. Japan is a place that nourishes my inner zen monk and essence…and roots me deeply into the ground of being.
